Wrecked my 2014 Calif. Touring, found a replacement and shipped the bike from Wisconsin to ?San Diego. Having great difficulty getting it registered because it doesn't have an emissions standards label. Any help would be appreciated.
 
The decals have a part # - call GP. Your avatar is a 1100, is that what you're asking about? 2014 is a 1400.

So it can be registered this one time !

I imagine it might be impossible, but it might be good to have one emissions standard that the manufacturers can build to, Rather that an EU / US CA / US non-CA /Canadian / African [no standard ] / China etc…
