My motorcycle's battery (Guzzi V9 Roamer - 2017) is dead. Are there videos or any tutorials that could help a beginner learn how to extract a battery (and replace it with a new one)?

I couldn't find a tutorial or video specific to the V9 - the closest one was showing a V7. Even the service manual doesn't help much on that end.

Before starting, I'd like to make sure I have all the tools and skills required to avoid getting stuck with the bike half apart. Any tip helps!

Remove the seat then use the Allen key which should be clipped on the seat base to remove the right hand side panel. Remove the screws at the top of the silver bracket and pull the bracket out then slide the battery so you can remove the wires, negative ( black) first. Put the wires on the new battery positive ( red) first then slide it back in and replace the silver bracket.

Sounds to me that you're relatively new to mechanicing so might not have the tools yet so here are some thoughts on that
Set of combi spanners - OE one end and ring the other
Screwdrivers posi and flat various sizes
Pliers - NOT be used in place of the proper tools!
Plug spanner
Set of allen keys

That should take of your basic maintenance needs I would think such as battery changing, adjusting controls and changing bulbs for example

Good luck with changing the battery

Tris
PS If I have guessed wrong re your abilities please disregard everything above and accept my apologies

Combination wrenches- open on one end and a socket on the other
Screwdrivers-Phillips head(star) and slot type
Plug spanner- Spark plug socket
From the other side of the Atlantic :) , Peter
