I rode along for one day with a fantastic bunch of women from pashnit - was on the only guzzi. Had a GREAT ride. Visalia was the starting point, we took a country road (Yokohl Valley Rd) to Hwy 190, took that to the Western Divide Hwy. Split up into 2 groups there, with one group going over Sherman Pass, including me. Once we hit 395, DJ (on an Atomic Red Speed Triple - never saw that color before - stock) and I headed back to Visalia via hwys 178 and 155, Old Stage Rd and home.
A few pix:
Start of the ride:
heading up Yokohl Valley Rd:
Sarah, a dynamite rider from Sacramento, taking the RC out for a little spin - she was on a tricked-out SV 1000, and so was able to immediately appreciate the Red Racer:
heading up to Sherman Pass:
the vista point at Sherman:
heading down the east side of the Sierras from Sherman Pass; there were some VERY good riders in this group....
DJ and her Speed 3 at our last pit stop on the way home....
