Tuned and Synch'ed
Having had to deal with some sporadic electrical issues lately. Usually after hitting a pothole.
1..service light / low voltage
2..service light/ no head lights or taillights
3..fail to start/ battery seems dead
4.. cruise not working
Figured out fuse box fuse contacts were anodized from poor spring pressure.
Removed each fuse and cleaned contacts on both fuse and contacts. Then I took a pick and tweaked a little more spring into the contacts. Actually followed main charging circuit about 2 foot and bypassed that fuse holder with the fused wire from a battery tender as that big fuse kept faulting contact. The metal contacts in the fuse box just seem poor quality. Everything has worked flawlessly since that maintenance and modification.
