Fairing Q...

Dayum !
Was the seller on eBay “just some guy” selling one part or a used parts guy ?

I would hope a used parts guy might have some knowledge concerning the usability of the parts they are selling - I know that might be asking a lot... and that they might be able to offer some work around or something?
Otherwise he sold an unusable Brick and he should take it back !
( Maybe someone else will chime in with Useful information)

John I'm not a complete idiot, reconnecting the antenna was the first thing I did. Deadeye, I can't remember who I bought it from, I'm thinking Pinwall. Ebay's purchase history only goes back to 2019. There are a few Norge gauges listed on ebay now, but only one seller has a user code:

ebay.com/itm/08-Moto-Guzzi-Norge-1200-gauges-speed-speedometer-tachometer-dash-meters/402307236053

The bezel is cracked in the lower right corner of the tachometer, which is exactly where both of my gauges developed cracks.

I considered trying to bypass the instrument cluster by installing a momentary switch on the starter relay but I couldn't remember if the fuel pump still primed with the starter locked out. I just walked outside and put the key in the ignition. The gauges cycled thru and the damn thing cranked right up. Now I'm even more worried. With it working can I pull up the code in the diagnostics menu? I'll go thru the connections tomorrow morning, check for loose pins again, and spray everything with crc electrical cleaner... again.

Yee Haw !!
Your Rolling again !

I took the bike on an 87 mile test ride with a winger friend and it ran like it did back in the day, when I used to brag about it being the most reliable bike I've ever owned.

How Big ?
This might be a BIG Bikini ?
or more of a Rickman

that fairing looks great. Care to share the details? Like the red tappet covers too.

I could live with the V11 Sport Le Mans faring, or the Ghezzi-Brian Folgore Supertwin faring. Alas, I had a paralysis of analysis for several weeks, and totally copped out. I ended up making a flyscreen out of an old cat litter bucket, yet again.
