Is there a rebuild kit for the fuel pump? Or… is it better to find a decent used one?? This one is pretty beat and all gummed up. Won’t even click!

Found a decent one on Ebay for $225
Oh Well! We'll have to see if this does the trick. Any good solutions for that disgusting scum left from the bad gas in the tank?

Buy 3 cans of this specific product. We want the PEA ( Polyether amine). It is a very powerful organic solvent.

Remove the tank.

Empty all bad gas.

Seal off hoses so no leaking.

Pour 2 cans in tank. Close lid.

Slosh all around. Let sit.

4-5 times during the day, slosh all around more.

Let sit overnight.

Next morning slosh really good a couple more times and then drain out all liquid. Throw totally contaminated liquid away.

DO NOT TRY AND RUN THE ENGINE WITH THIS LIQUID! THROW IT AWAY.

Replace tank.

Add 1 can to tank and fill with fresh fuel. Ethanol free if available.

Go ride for at least 75-100 miles.

You will have a very clean tank and fuel system.

An after market pump can be found, but some parts are not available such as the pressure regulator.
