Just got it firing!
I don't see anything like that under the seat GTM.

With that exhaust change you should seriously consider adding Todd's kit.
Back then he was flashing ecu's , may have his famous race map in it. Ought to say on the puter.

Some people would have some code written in marker/felt tip on the EEPROM in the Car world ?

OK, as Steve above noted, I did offer an ECU flash service early on. I printed a new label on the ECU, on those I did. How’s it run now(?), knowing you have no point of reference… if it starts and takes throttle immediately without stalling, it likely has my flash. If you add the kit linked below (along with my open airbox lid) it will be even better… that is when you are ready. The bike really should be looked at with it’s age. I will delete all of this in 48 hours max. This is the Registry thread, and I am aggressively deleting off-topic posts now.
