I felt my 2013 Norge needed some specialist attention. It has 7500 miles and it had never had a TPS reset or a TB balance. Also, I've spent a lot of time at 80-85 mph and it just didn't feel as smooth, or as eager, as I'd like. So, I made an apointment.
GTM is about 100 miles away from me, and I had the time to ride it there and get some personal attention. Todd and Chris were very welcoming and accommodating. They let me wait for the work so that I could beat peak traffic home. I learned a lot.
I got the services mentioned above as well as a fueling re-map. I have the stock exhaust and intake system, but the results were immediately noticeable. Low and mid-range throttle response is definitely improved. The flat spot I was feeling from 3800-5000rpm is pretty much gone. It pulls cleanly all the way to 8000 rpm - not that I do that frequently. And on the freeway at 85mph, the previous vibration I was feeling is gone and a happier vibe has replaced it. Even better is that at 80-85mph in top gear it accelerates eagerly now, if passing a vehicle is necessary.

Yes! Todd and Chris are top notch! I ALWAYS take my bike to GTM for whatever ails it, even though it is a 200+ mile ride there. But 200 miles on my '14 Cal Touring bike is a breeze. Plus, every single person in their shop lives and breathes Guzzis. And that sandwich shop next door KILLS.
