It is General Patton and the statues is his memorial on Avenue J-F Kennedy on the outskirts of Ettelbruck in Luxembourg.
In lieu of cigars, I'll post this -- which I took last week -- and ask if any here can ID it and the roads it connects.
There is, of course, a hint in that previous sentence.

It is Mississippi Hwy 587 aka Red Bluff Road it runs from Foxworth, Ms along the Pearl River Basin to Monticello, Ms . The curve in my picture is a very tight slightly on camber decreasing radius turn that has taken it toll on many riders.OK, I'll try, tho, after reviewing my pix -- which, oddly, I cannot get to display here -- pretty sure not seegar worthy.
