Hi All, first post from Australia..

I currently have a 2015 Cali Custom and looking at a Eldorado, I remember reading that the later models dont have a heated grip option. Can anyone confirm? Also has anyone had more than one of the 1400s and did you notice any differences?

I have had two models, a 2013 that I installed the Guzzi heated grips which connect to the cable supplied under front of tank
I now have the 2017 model that does not have the heated grip connectors and threr is no grips for them made by Guzzi and no plans to do so, they came up with some lame excuse about the full ride by wire system (not a problem at all).
However I have install the Oxford hotgrips premium touring
there a doddle to fit, clutch side slips straight on and the throttlle side the tube just needs some wetndry sanding no more than 0.5mm
beleive me there far better than the Guzzi one's I had on the opriginal bike, there a lot warmer and auto switch off when you turn bike off
I know you can get them in oz as I have seen someone from your neck of the woods reviewing them

If yoiu read the thread below it will explain my findings on page 2, good luck
