Well, after over a month of total BS, the siblings of the man who’s property we’ve been trying to buy, finally agreed among themselves and signed the purchase contract.

Michael & I now own what I call, “Shangri-La”. :D I cannot wait to get moved in and get the heck away from most people! :p

Besides, my new workshop is waiting for me. Scott’s Motorcycle Workshop LLC rides again! (In a very very limited capacity)

So excited. 🙏🙏🙏

Scott, that is some nice equipment you have!

Thank you. It was Expensive as Hell. Nearly $60k. I was shocked but it would be impossible to maintain the 10 acres without it.

My first tractor and hopefully my last.

My buddy bought a Kubota 15 years ago and it has been absolutely problem free. Not a single issue.

Hoping for the same luck! 🤞🤞🤞

As with any equipment maintenance is the key. Also for the loader and attachents get realy friendly with a grease gun. I grew up on a farm with Allis Chalmers tractors so real familiar with tractor and equipment maintenance.

I will treat the tractor like my previous aircraft…

i.e. - I will leave it to the tractor experts.

Farmer’s Equipment in a Elida has been awesome to me.

This tractor thing is a very interesting club. Makes motorcycle forums, sedate by comparison, except it’s live at 6am at The Pilgrim Restaurant. Every old farmer within 20 miles shows up, sits at this big collection of tables just inside the door, and no ordering because the waitresses know what they all always have. They never change! 😆

I just listen.
