A few (just a few) more glimpses of California's future. Please don't blame me, blame Google for not knowing gros coffre means big muscle and not big trunk ^^

As noted before, let's hope the new California will retain her Italian grace, and not become yet another big lump!

What a BIZARRE mix. Newer 2V motor & 6-spd trans, but with nose alternator and a CARC(!?) with a wide rear wheel. Look forward to swinging a leg over one. Thanks for the link Rene, I'll have to write Daniele direct now too.

I hope it has enough fuel capacity for the US market. Long time guys are looking for 6 US gallons minimum. The low capacity Evs (4.8 gallon or less) have been a found lacking by many. I know several who will not consider a Stelvio because of the low fuel capacity.

Todd: that's obviously a montage by the Moto-station people who stuck 1200cc 2V heads and a CARC onto what seems to be a California Vintage with a new colour scheme. Note the absence of info about the engine volume: do you think pics will appear before the technical info??

Good PhotoSHJob, though, almost had me fooled too.

Keep us posted for what he tells you!?

John: it's clear that if they stick in an 8V motor with more CCs than the Stelvio has, a bigger tank is going to be a must ;) But with a chance, you'll still be able to stick on a Cali-II tank (25 liters IIRC?).
