I've been noticing lately that my bike's kickstand lever is getting floppy. Seems it's mounted with some kind of rubber bushings or padding of some kind around the mounting bolts (for some reason). My bushings or whatever have disintegrated and left the foot lever kind of lose and hanging down out of position slightly. You can see shreds of what's left of the rubber piece in the pic below.
In fact I've caught my pant leg on it a couple of times. Pulling to a stop, there's nothing like like having your left foot hanging in the air when it should be on the ground to make you think "OH Sh!t"
Anyone else dealt with this problem before? Are there some parts I should order? Or is there a home fix that works well?
