Hi, I have a lifelong addiction to air cooled twins and after a couple of decades riding a certain overweight US made motorcycle I have finally admitted to myself that I am no longer as young as I once was and upgrading to a lighter machine was the way to go.
Thanks to Ghostrider Motorsports in Fernie I am now delighted to be riding around the Rockies on a nice, barely used, V7 Special. Back in another life, and a previous century, among some Beemers, a couple of Ducatis and numerous Meriden Triumphs, I had an old T3 for a couple of years that I fondly remember so when I saw this V7 I knew it was meant to be.
I retired and moved to Cranbrook a couple of years ago and I have seen no other Italian bikes around here. Anyone riding through here give me a shout and I can tell you the best roads and places to visit in this area.

Welcome. I used to live in Cranbrook, and there are a heck of a lot of good rides around there. And you have the perfect bike for them. Enjoy.

Welcome back to the best brand in all the land!
We're moving from Quebec to Golden (where my daughter lives) in the near future. I can't wait to ride some new roads in decent condition. The road conditions are scary around here.

After a decade of living in St. Pierre de Wakefield , I know of the road conditions you speak about .
Specially in the spring with frost heaves (and holes) from hell :) . Peter

Hi
When you settle in Golden give me a shout and we can maybe meet up for a ride. I used to live in Ontario and have family in NS. I used to dread riding through Quebec, especially Montreal!!!
