It is a good feeling to finish up such a project. Thanks for comments. Of the many, many things I replaced it was the fuel injector replacement that I had most my concerns with. Even the holes inside the injector differed in size and shape of the original. I didn't replace on the other side. I almost replaced both to be safe but luckily it was completely unnecessary. I did however remove other injector and thoroughly cleaned and soaked in techtron solution. Full balance just by ear and response. Watching both pipe coloring for comparison. Actually, the fueling with Todd's 02 Optimizer has eliminated deceleration pop completely. And both freshly powder coated valve covers I can touch without burn as well. The mileage is a little less efficient. But only by 1-2 mpg.
Through out the power range has improved mostly in the mid to high range. On the highway I was comfortable with 5th gear in heavy traffic before. Now 6th gear is all I use with no hesitation at bottom or range to pass at high speed. All of which I wanted Todd to set Optimizer at. My only concern now, besides where I park it overnight is going through the rear tires so quickly. It is absurd how fast this tire is balding up now.
