They have a plastic lining. If your clutch cable is working fine I'd tend to leave it alone. I think the product Scott shows would be good, but some may tend to gum up the works.Thanks for the tip. I was wondering if the Guzzi cables are teflon lined or not?
That is what I would do. Carry the old one as a spare for emergencies, like a cable breaking. On my LeMans, I keep a full set of cables on board. I have had to replace a clutch cable on the side of the road.thanks for the reply. The cable is not too supple; may be just replace it?
