Finally got our friend Mike’s Mandello S on the dyno. Power graphs below.

FULL THROTTLE RUN
OEM stock: 100.6 hp (red trace) & 65 lb/ft. (blue trace)
Ago FS WITH db-killer & UpMap (full race system U.S. map): 98.7 hp (orange trace) & 64.3 lb/ft (green trace) - Sacrifices top end power with db-killer for filling in of mid RPM dip. We ended up doing a run without the db-killer (11.4.24), result was ~115 hp. I will post the dyno graphs when I can.

40% THROTTLE RUN
OEM stock: 66 hp (orange trace) & 54 lb/ft. (green trace)
Ago FS WITH db-killer & UpMap (full race system U.S. map): 61.3 hp (red trace) & 49.3 lb/ft (green trace) - Sacrifices top end power with db-killer for filling in of mid RPM dip. NO we did not dyno without the db-killer.

Ago Big Bore Headers/Slip-on with db-killer - Save 12.4 lbs.

Shows that the v100 really benefits from a tune. Is the AFR 17.0 the air fuel ratio?, if so that seems very lean.
It's also interesting that the headers may not add hp but it is a significant weight savings.

Does upmap allow for custom tuning or is it selective programs that can be chosen?

Curious what your thoughts are on the results?

It doesn't show that. Static AFR shown is with the engine off, so not relevant. I will not show AFRs, but they are actually on the rich side with the UpMap's map. There’s no custom tuning with UpMap, you get what you get. It’s covered elsewhere on this Forum. Unfortunate, as I see I can extract more power. I still have no access to the ECU files with my AT BT device (not supported yet they keep telling me). One day.
I wish I had the time to pull the db-killer, but Mike will run it. I suspect it would bump top end power without it, as it’s insanely restrictive visually. Power comes with sound. Have you heard a MotoGP bike in person?
I didn't ride it, so we'll have to wait to hear what Mike has to say compared to stock.
Yes, the weight difference is significant. Too bad people won't buy my exhausts any more. I'm positive I could extract more power, including when I finally get ECU access via the AT BT device.

HP doesn't excite me much. Torque, especially lower down does. Wouldn't this bike and the v85 be better off with smaller diameter pipes?
For nearly ~20 years, I've been delivering parts and proof here. Most seem to ignore me. I won’t bother making anything for this model.
I regret doing to the V85TT products for the few things I sell a year. In case you forgot on the V85TT (a 30% power increase)...

I rode to GTM today for another dyno run after Todd removed the Agostini muffler's db-killer. If I remember correctly, hp was showing 115-116 at high rpm (I should've taken a couple of photos of the dyno screen). Torque is slightly above what it was last month, maybe by a foot-pound (The sound isn't offensive at all from this rider's in-the-seat perspective, with light & steady throttle, but it gets VERY ANGRY when the throttle is whacked. I tried that 3-4 times on my way home -- bottom line, db-killer will stay at home for the future, when I choose to exercise the Mandello, and will probably be re-installed for any trips out-of-state (don't wanna attract any out-of-state po-po...).

Maybe Todd'll post the results. I don't really care one way or the other, but I'm quite happy to have gotten those positive results!

I mentioned in this thread a Mandello that was posted on this site that made 115. It was a white one. My mention of it was removed.

Thanks Mike, yes 115.x. As soon as I can show the graph overlays from stock, to Ago full system, with and without db-killer, I will. Confirmed what I suspected. Sounded great and isn’t loud at all at normal riding levels.

Dynos can be made to read whatever the operator chooses. Some people use them to inflate and brag about power. All are artificial, and are tools simply document progress or lack thereof. The end number isn’t relevant. In the end, it is also dependent on air temp and density. My Axis dyno shows what you feel on the road. Show me other pages and data/graphs that documents what I have above. What is your background with dynos and tuning?

I was you were closer. I'm experimenting with exhausts. Just got the Agostini full bore yesterday. Looking at slip-ons. Noise is a consideration.
