These were included in one of the boxes I received containing a 1973 Eldorado. One had been cannibalized but they seem to be able to be cleaned up. Do they have any value, or should I put them in the recycle bin?

What you have there is a very poor condition set of V-10 Centauro mirrors. This is the only Moto Guzzi model they were used on.
It’s truly a shame they are in such bad shape. They are NLA. (No longer available.)
Unfortunately in their condition. I feel they are most likely destined for the dust bin.
