Moto Guzzi helmet?

Has anyone purchased this helmet?
I’m not sure which company makes it, but it’s made in China (but what isn’t these days lol).
Any idea which company makes it?

How are you finding the helmets ? Are they good quality and worth the @ $370 ?
I enquired about ordering one because I thought the color matching and branding was cool, through the Moto Guzzi website and got this odd response :

" In addition to being backordered to no sooner than the 3rd week of September, the quality is not commensurate with the price either, typically."

Any feedback on form and function would be appreciated. I thought the price was pretty low for a modular helmet with bluetooth stuff already integrated, so did quality suffer ?

The quality is what you would expect for the price, although I paid 325 for mine. The paint and finish is very good, I find it comfortable and reasonablly quiet, the sunshade works ok, air flow not the best, the flip up locks solidly, not a fan of the ratchet chin strap but it dosent bother my neck like others that I've owned. The bluetooth was worthless as I could not get it to pair, I removed it and installed a spare Sena mount that I had and works well enough. Mostly I bought because at 74 years and riding for 60 of them I've never owned a helmet that matches my bike before! If is was my only helmet I would have been disapointed at the current price. Then again YMMV.

Thank you for the thoughtful response.

I have also never had a color matched helmet, but my wife seems to think it would be a nice touch. I really don't care much about the bluetooth, I have never listened to music, taken a phone call, or used an intercom while riding. But then again, the V100 is kind of designed for all that, so my opinion might change.

Sounds like a case of you get what you pay for.

I don't care how Gucci it looks I won't be buying a Chinese made helmet. I'll stick with Shoei and Schuberth. I like a white helmet anyway as it stops my head getting boiled in the (rare) hot weather we get or if I'm in foreign parts.

It's a nice helmet. The speaker quality isn't great, but I'm partially deaf so I'm probably not the best person to speak on that aspect of the helmet. I'm not happy that it's made in China! I wish that MG would have used an Italian helmet manufacturer like Nolan or AGV to supply their helmets. You’re welcome.

I purchased one.

Fit is OK (had to shave the foam on one side near the ear to remove pressure point), looks great but, performance is 6/10 as compared to my Shoei and Arai helmets.

It is noisy at speeds over 70 kph and the Bluetooth system is finicky to connect (my Sena SRL2 is not really any better either at connecting with the MG Multimedia TFT to be honest).

The remote function worked once and it is no longer working now. Speakers are really weak and the sound comes out "tin-ish".

Clear visor does not stay cracked open unless the windscreen is fully up over 80 kph.
