Seems to me that your "Personal items" are YOUR ENTIRE BIKE! Can you roll pain and suffering into your insurance claim?OK
Looks like her Ins company is writing my bike off as complete loss being their appraiser noted over $9K just in the front end repair lol. Now to wait and see what they'll value it at. In the mean time they told me to remove the tag and any "Personal items" off the bike...Hmmm
