Hello to all fork experts.
I have a Norge 1200 8V assembled in 2011 with 35kkm
I decided to control the forks, so I opened the shock absorbers, replaced the oil and oil seals and in the right one I saw that the bushings were in good condition so I fixed it without problems.
I noticed that the left one was making a slight scraping noise and in fact the stem bushing is worn. I ordered the spare part 7510161 43.7x46.7x20mm from JMP which is suitable for my 45mm Marzocchi fork.
I also ordered a spare part for a Marzocchi 45mm fork from Inntech SKTE45M which is identical to the JMP bushing.
The problem is that the bushing mounted on the stem does not want to enter the sleeve and in fact the guide bushing in the sleeve
has an internal diameter of 44.7mm.
The original bushing removed seems to be 42.7x44.7mm.
Where am I going wrong?
