Odd vibration after 4000 rpm

My V100S has done this since day 1. At around 4200 RPM there becomes a strong vibration/buzz in the seat that is not there below 4200. Above 5000 it is still present, but not as strong as between 4200 and 5000. My dealer checked it out at first service and said it was fine. It does not seem fine to me... something seems a bit off here... the seat should not buzz at 4200 RPM and above, when there is no buzz at all below 4200. I would love to find a solution for this.
I have observed a very pronounced and audible vibration / noise around 4000 to 5000 RPM. It seems to be coming from the "fairing" , dashboard area or somewhere up front. It is remarkably similar in frequency to the vibration noise I got on my Suzuki VStrom when I had a Heidenau Scout sort-of-knobbly front tire. It was speed dependent: it started around 95 km/h and was very annoying until 125 km/h, when the wind noise would mask it. When I switched to a more road-oriented Shinko tire the sound went away. Has anyone discovered any new info on this, as the thread was started a couple years ago?

My 2024 Stelvio has a pronounced whining sound from the standard fit rear Michelin - sounds like two metal plates rubbing together. As the original tyre wore the sound volume decreased, but a new tyre brought it straight back. Earplugs help.
