I used to have the same issue, then I got good rain gear. No more wet anywhere.I mostly agree... but I do find that, in the rain, my waist and crotch area does get pretty wet. I wonder if these would help with that.

P.S. I don't ride in the rain either unless I get caught by surprise. Maybe 5 times in the last 8 years or so.
I actually have to agree.
