Ride Sunday 10/05th?

Bare may know something about that, Bonanza, freeway & night that's all I'm saying.:lipssealed: Mine restarted at 750AGL, that's all I'm saying. :lipssealed:

The ride was fine, substituted Old Topanga for N Topanga which made it 102 miles...

...was done at 12 noon exactly with three stops, heck that route could be done by 10:15 with a 8AM start if it weren't for stops, that's why I'm looking to add those wood seat beads that other Guzzisti seem so fond of but I'm gonna one-up them, starting at 8AM will involve coffee, so I'm gett'in NASA diapers off of ebay that will replace my padded underwear & double as road rash protection.

Today's hazards were cyclist, deer & rocks, don't know which is worse but I know the deer & rocks are somewhat intelligent. Speaking of which, I had plenty of time to get 18 miles in on the bicycle too.

I like to do Old Topanga, too. Nice and slow to start with all the mailboxes, etc. to get back in the groove. Latigo is my current favorite, but that varies. I've only seen one deer out here, and that was on Latigo. That's one of the things I like about riding out here. Among others. ;) I took out a rock about the size of a loaf of bread on Darth Quota. Went flying, and bent the front rim. Through superhuman skill..ok luck..didn't :punch: Hope you had a good time, but the Colts really needed my input yesterday..

Chuck, sorry about the rock. I did the same, ~three weeks ago, on my new Street Triple. Front rim bent, but held air. I took it to Dr. John's (http://drjohnsmfs.com/) the following day and brought it back home the next day. They'd found a crack and welded it. Highly recommended!
