I would need some advice on how to remove the cable slack that occurred when I changed my throttle control.
The throttle grip on my LM3 was sticking and the engine on/off switch was bypassed. The original part had both throttle control and switch on the same mold and that part is discontinued so I installed a Tommaselli throttle control.
Now I have about 1cm (1/2") of cable slack.
The throttle knurl and nut adjustments are at maximum length and I still have too much slack.
I had a couple of ideas .... but what would you do in my place?
Should I change cables completely?
Should I install spacers between the cable support brackets and chamber to increase the length going to the carburetor rods?
Or can the existing cable be cut to length and some sort of pivot installed (on the carburetor rod side)?
Thanks
