Time to relax and enjoy...

Appreciate that posts to this section should be “light and fun”, but we live in unprecedented times.
I have just watched the world news this morning and was absolutely astonished by the arrogance, ignorance or just plain stupidity of those on Bondi beach, Spring breakers and even those going to the parks in the UK.
The younger generation may not be as susceptible to the virus but are more than capable of spreading it to the older and more vulnerable members of the community.
My parents are sadly no longer with us, but would it not be a tragic thing to cause the death of a parent or grandparent by ones I’m all right jack attitude.

Delete, if you so wish Todd.
I'm a college student, and nowadays the amount of brain cells that exist on campus can be counted with one hand. It's a bunch of entitled, whiny punks who think the world revolves around them.

I can't quite wrap my head around this. I go to wet markets here in Vancouver all the time? why is it that people are insisting that Chinese ones should be closed?

do people just want to stop selling wild animals? I sure hope my dad can still go deer hunting after all this, it's been a staple food in my family for generations.
I think you may have missed the point, it’s not a case of selling wild animals. It’s the the type of animals that are being sold and the manner and conditions in which they are kept.
Every culture is different and one man’s meat is another man’s poison, but in my view if you eat meat (and I do), it should be farmed and, or killed humanely.
A topic for another forum I would suggest.

"it should be farmed and, or killed humanely"

I agree... let me know if you discover a culture that does so ;)

"A topic for another forum I would suggest."

probably true

Farming and slaughtering techniques are likely fairly different from culture to culture. I would recommend a good starting point (although not fool proof) would be to just thoroughly cook the food. my mother cooked everything twice as long as it should have been by today's standards, it may have been tough, but nobody got sick.
