Titanium Exhaust studs.

Made from aircraft grade titanium 6AL-4V (grade 5), the outstanding benefits are that we roll the threads to produce greater fatigue strength and reduce galling. These bolts are in excess of 120,000psi ultimate tensile strength, suitable to replace both Grade 5 and Grade 8 steel bolts. We offer Race Spec drilled Flanged Hex Head Bolts, Flanged Hex Head, Tapered Socket Cap, Countersunk Bolts, Dome Head Bolts, Nuts and Washers – from 3mm to 12mm.

In the English weather, I totally understand this. In North American, we take it for granted just how user friendly most of our weather is and how far from the sea most of us are.

Just a suggestion, when you put the exhaust nuts on the new studs I recommend putting an anti seize compound on the threads.
 
but why titanium? I've put stainless studs in many motorcycles due to corrosion issues, including my current B11, they've always seemed to work okay?
 
I think that because of what they advertised on the site he bought it from.

I think a dab of anti sieze paste on stock components will ensure no worries in the future but I can respect his desires.

I just was curious as to why. He answered my curiosity.
