Happens all the time. No idea. More frustrating that people won’t answer my emails to refund, but they’ll take the time to dispute the charge. I've had many donate, download a bunch of files, then dispute the charge.
 
I just wanted to post a quick thanks to the site owners/admins for maintaining this place. I learned an incredible amount about the brand and the bike I was interested in before making a donation. Now that I have there's even more information available to me.

The amount of knowledge here is staggering, and worth much more than whatever amount you may decide to give.

Thanks for the (rare) words. Very welcome, and appreciated. Just remember if you get hit again next year, simply ask for a refund if you don't want to continue to donate.

Can you let me know if you can see how to cancel within the software here then? It was originally stated that all billing was via PP.
We’ve had more cancellations than our usual few donations here this month, outside of several very generous for my wildfire travesty.

Todd, if you're reading this, I heard about your house so I didn't send the shock back for the refund. Maybe it'll become art or something.
