My v100 is new to me…working on my low speed parking lot skills…I’ve dropped the bike a few times doing slow u-turns (saved by crash bars each time). After standing the bike upright , it won’t crank for at least 5 mins. The orange engine light comes on. No amount of turning the bike on and off again with the key does anything to help. So I just wait…then after about five minutes it cranks and starts right away but the engine light stays on for about 24hrs. Any way I can get it started faster after a tip over??

Not sure if the manual says anything on this, but tip-overs should be a key off/on process. Some take 15~30 seconds max with the key off. Try off/on a few times if not. If this doesn’t work, have the switch replaced, or confirm with a dealer this is normal (it is not).
