Fun news: Ago just informed me that their new big bore (no cat) headers will be available in the next week or two for the V100 Stelvio. I'm taking pre-orders at the pricing shown on the link below for now. Note or reply to the order email that it's for the V100 Stelvio if so. I'll update this post as I have info.

Now available. I’ll put the link above to purchase when I have it online.

Is the routing of the header any different between the Stelio and Mandelo?
Could someone get a set of those headers for a Mandelo and add one of you Fine exhausts :inlove:
Yes it is, and one of which?

You may not have something yet , but maybe someday ?
( For off road use only ;) )
Don’t think so. Staying out of this game. People seem to prefer inferior products for less money, so they can fix and buy them over and over again. It’s why I got into the business, but I’m now done.

Just to let folks know, I pulled the spark plugs before installing these, looked good. Installed the headers, ran about 50 miles, and checked the plugs again: white. As Todd said, even though Ago claims that you don’t need to remap, you do, they run lean. I put the stock system back on and I’m waiting for UpMap to support the Stelvio. Even though the motor is the same as the Mandello, after talking with them on the phone they don’t support the Stelvio yet and it will be a few months before they do.

Additionally, the Ago system sticks out about two inches farther from the head, so the stock engine guards won’t protect it from a fall. I’m working with a local machinist to fabricate aluminum “wings” that will function as sliders for low-speed tip overs with this kit. I’ll let yall know how that pans out.

You run the stock muffler in both tests?
