Hi guys , I work on a lot of bikes but am new to Guzzis. A friend brought me a 2000 V11 that had just about all visible wires, hoses, coil wires ,  spark plug boots, brake lines etc eaten by a bulldog. It has also been sitting for a while. I have repaired all the wiring I think, the bike has spark, compression, it will fire up if I spray starter fluid into the airbox. I need help with the fuel system. I guess this bike has an electric fuel petcock. Anyone familiar, anyone ?

It should have an electric petcock I believe. On the left side of the tank where the fuel line connects.
As mentioned, can you hear the pump cycle?

No, I don't hear anything. Today I cleaned out the tank. It had a LOT of water, rust. I took out the fuel sending unit and petcock. Unless you can take the petcock apart, it will probably have to be replaced. The fuses looked good.

If it still has the electric one you can separate the solenoid from the rest. And if you apply 12 volts to it you will see it move. If it moves it works, but watch out for wire breaking right where they attach to the solenoid.
If the fuel pump does not run then you still have issues.

I took the petcock apart and cleaned it up. It works but I think I'll replace it with a manual one. The fuel pump is a locked up. The only site online that showed one was sold out. Anybody know where I can get one ? Also it turns out this bike is a '98,black. The plastic covers on the sides say V11 ev. What is the name of this thing. California?

You might be able to free up the pump you have. Use carb cleaner in the ports and let it set for awhile. Then apply power and she may return to life. You may need to do several cycles. Look here https://www.guzzitech.com/FuelPumpRepl.html for sources on the pump if you can't revive the one you have

WooHoo! It fired up today! Now I just need to get some front brake lines and a seat .
