No, it's just a major pain to get a newer thick open end to it.Is it necessary to drop the headers? I use a wrench with no issues but i would love a tool that fits perfectly. I was planning to use a crows foot, but hell this looks even better!
They are mild tool steel, and can be coated for more $. Tolerance is +.002~.005"Less hassle for maintenance items is good.
Price point- need more info. Particularly the material- seems like it would be best to have it made of roughly the same material as the bolt? High rockwell/too hard and it could mar the bolt too easily, too soft and it could slip/round-- of course how tight the tolerance would be for the hex cutout relates to this as well.

You're right on that.I have found that standard 24 mm open-end wrench would fit.
The standard closed-end type wrench most likely not going to work, because it is too thick.
I haven't looked around under the bike much - my head is Too Fat to fit.
It looks like the head is very shallow - wont a socket fit ?...
