Not a good idea. Torque will change after the parts were torqued initially. The paint just signifies it was checked at the factory. Also I don't recommend removing the pain from the "sacred screw". It tells the mechanic it hasn't been messed with.I use them as a reference when putting it back together …

Actually the throttle stop screw for bikes with two throttle bodies that use the 5AM or 15RC ECUs. Once moved the throttle position cannot be reset correctly.The screws with paint used to block them, For example those for the throttle position trimming.
