My 2013 V7 Special has just under 2,400 miles on it. I acquired it a few months ago and have been doing the needed maintenance because I am not sure what service it had previously. Today was fuel filter day, I figured that it had the original filter but was not certain it was the problematic...

    Stickers, stickers, stickers

Before I go all rambo on these stickers is there an accepted easy way to remove the factory warning stickers from the painted areas? Moto Guzzi paint seems to be a bit more "sensitive" than factory auto paint. The ones on top of the fuel tank are the ones I'm most concerned about removing. I...

    Removing sticker on gas tank..?!

I just removed the stickers off the gas tank, fairly easy, used WD40 and a brand new razor blade and credit card, both came off within 30 minutes, after removing I used some goof off to clear the adhesive bed, and polished right away after. Perfect.

V7 III Special..quirks, advice, trip odometer?

Also a hair drier will do the trick. Just warm up the sticker and you can lift the entire ugly think with a finger nail only.

    Sticker Residue Removal

I took some advice from my dealer and left my bike in the sun before attempting to pealing my warning stickers off of my '06 B11. This worked really well except I left it for too long and the sticker left an adhesive residue behind on my gas tank. Does anyone have any sure fire ways of removing...

    New 2010 Griso 8V!

...and starts to peel easily, then remove the remaining residue with WD 40. But my Norge wasn't so easy. I had a real tough time removing stickers from my Norge and I probably removed more skin from my fingers than I removed stickers! I suspect that the Moto Guzzi stickers are different than...

    New 2010 Griso 8V!

Be careful what you use, my old white '09 griso had yellow marks around where the stickers used to be that had penetrated into the plastic. I think it was probably some spilled gas that soaked the stickers and bled their color off into the plastic. It might've been that the previous dealership...
