    Center stand V9 Bobber

I fitted the Hepco & Becker stand to my V9 Roamer, as kenrover says it was straightforward. The Allen screw holding the frame cross member on mine was very tight I needed a long pipe on the Allen key and when it finally cracked the noise was so loud I thought I had snapped the screw head off. An...

    Batteries and smart chargers

The battery in my Roamer is nearly 8 years old and still going strong, it's always been on a tender but I sometimes leave it off for a day or two to make sure it's still up to the job.

How important was "made in Italy" to you?

I was thinking of buying a Triumph Bonneville then I found out they had moved production to Thailand, that put me right off the idea as I wanted a British bike like my T100 R Daytona had been. So I don't think I would have bought a none Italian Guzzi. Having said that I have just bought a...

    tire plug

Another vote for the mushroom plug here, I've used them on cars but not had a need on a bike yet. One car I did 20,000 miles with one in the rear tyre with no problems.

    Mandello Oil Level

Get your oil up to temperature but be careful when pulling the plug, I still have the scar from 2 years ago when I didn't get my hand out of the way quick enough. 😂

Hello and a V9 Roamer question

I love my Roamer but the standard seat is fairly thin and hard, my butt was aching after an hour. I fitted the Guzzi comfort seat and can now go 2 hours or more without problems. Range to low fuel light comming on is 120 to 150 miles depending on how it's ridden, there is then 5 litres left. I...

    V100 - Gas Mileage

Not sure about the rest of Europe but in the UK they must not read slower than your actual speed and no more than 10% over.

Gutsibits in the UK has V65 indicators in stock, round and rectangular.

    Rear ABS sensor

I would not remove any metal from the pickup, a washer may be a good temporary fix till you can get it to the dealer.
