GTM Cal-14 Exhaust

Todd’s Full Monty setup is truly THE BOMB! Great stuff. You can tell people until you are blue in the face but until they experience it themselves, they just don’t fully understand.

Experiencing is believing!

Anybody who says otherwise, hasn’t got it setup correctly.

Back from a quick 45-miler to try out the new fueling/airbox/SS Touring pipe modifications.
Whee hoo hoo hah hah ho ho!! Nice work, Todd! I promise to write up a more detailed report after the events of this glorious Father's Day. And to you dads out there, cheers!
Thanks, glad you enjoy(ed) it! Just wait... it keeps getting better.

Indeed on all, and on that last line, yes and/or those to ignorant to detect the remarkable difference, such as those in Roperville and Beetleville. ;)

On June 4th, I rode my 2017 California Tour 1400 miles from Granbury, TX to Orange, CA to have the full stainless exhaust and fuel upgrade installed. One day in the shop, and I was on the road back to Texas. I pretty much had the cruise set on 75mph on the way there via Interstates, but took roads less traveled through mountains as much as possible on the way back. The difference is like awakening a sleeping giant! Increased horsepower, immediate throttle response, AND better fuel consumption in spite of being on the throttle more just to hear that beautiful exhaust!

Another convert. Welcome to the Club!

It’s truly remarkable isn’t it? I’ve been thrilled with it for 10 years now. 👌👍😀

Some new pics for 2022!
Added
GTM custom Black pipes and ECU
Matris Front and back Shock upgrades
Avon Cobras

The top case has a deceleration LED module that flashes brighter and faster the more I decelerate.
(My install is described in a diff post in GuzziTech)
I made a custom seat to accommodate my 6'4" frame.
I wish the seat color better matched the bikes black, but I wouldn't want to swap out the non-slip surface.

Finally a picture of an Eldorado with a GTM full exhaust! It baffles me there are no quality photos of bike in the "final" state on the GTM store site. I'm looking to drop over $3k on a full exhaust and fueling hardware and there are no quality photos. How do you like the setup. You wen all in with the exhaust and suspension. I would like to know more.

Let me help clarify. The exhausts are in large hand-built, and we don't fit every system we sell in the shop. In fact, most are shipped.
There's plenty of photos both on the Store and on this Forum. You can also read the Reviews on the online Store as well as here. Hope that helps. TIA for the business, as I don't think there are any other manufacturers on the planet that offer a full system with a lifetime warranty and proven/significant dyno results. ;)
I'll use the above image for one of the rare few selections on the Store that does not have a full side image. The pic above isn't high-res, so @Brian Stoller - if you could email me some of those above at full res please; Info @GuzziTech.com

This post will be moved to the C14 EXHAUST thread.

I’ve not been riding much..waiting for the weather to get to a more comfortable temp. The weather here hasn’t dropped below 90 in months
I wear protective gear and the discomfort ridding in +90 degree temps outweighs the fun..

I did drive it back from the shop and once again for a 20 min ride .. it was throatier, a lot more responsive and the shocks are a 1000% improvement. I changed out the back shocks eight months earlier and I was really surprised what a Improvement that made
Once I get some miles under the new improved “Mothra” I will let you know

Just invested in fueling and full exhaust. Can't wait!!!!!!!
Will probably be leaning on GuzziTech knowledge and support to complete. I can handle the mechanical side, but the computer side worries me.

It really is easy as pie. Don’t psyche yourself out.

The types of connectors Todd used are rock solid reliable and work perfectly. Just read the instructions completely all the way through, BEFORE you begin.

You will better understand exactly what it is you will be doing this way.

Never dive in, step1, do it, then step 2, do it then step 3…

Know the procedure start to finish in your mind because you have read it through once or twice, and you will be amazed how simple it really is.

Good choice BTW and good luck. You are going to love it!

Just purchased GTM's full stainless system for 2018 Eldorado. I've looked but haven't found a thread with exactly the answer I'm looking for. How hard is the installation? I don't have a bike lift and still haven't figured out how to lift my bike confidently. On a 1-10 scale I'd give myself a 5.5 on mechanical aptitude. Wondering if I should schedule a three hour drive to the dealer to have it done.

Tony, believe it or not, removal is the hardest part since the mufflers are put on apparently with a 100 ton press, and the cross over pipe usually is a bear as well as noted here. If you don’t care about it, you can simply cut it apart and remove as shown earlier in this thread. Best to use new exhaust gaskets (not included), but our system goes on easily. I’ve completely eliminated the clamps on the whole system, slip fit.
Ask your dealer if he’ll install it. Some will not.
