Throttle Lag...

I've never had a problem with my V7II but one thing I noticed when checking the spark plugs was that both spark plug caps were loose
On the leads so maybe this is your problem.
So pull the cap off the spark plugs and turn the cap like your tightening a nut as the cap screws onto the lead.
If the cap is loose just turn it till it stops don't go crazy and over do it.
