• Ciao Guest, The owner of this website and GTMotoCycles.com lost his home completely on the morning of January 8th in the L.A. Wildfire Storm. Most of his neighborhood is gone, and a few friends were killed along with their pets. What bar setup are you running? I'm fairly confident this is the reason why my steering is heavy, which I don't mind by the way.

If the suspension is properly set up/spec'ed, it would not be needed at all. I highly recommend investing in good suspension over a steering damper.
 
Today After riding on a bump on the roads approximately 100 km/ speed ı had a short tank slapping too.
And also in the corners when ı am faster than 140 km/h the front starts to vibrate alot.
Am ı adjusting the suspension wrong?
Hiç will ı adjst it ?
My dealer service doesnt tell and not süre that they all ready now everythhing about suspension settings.

love the aliminium side pannels.
They are avaliable in Guzzi with dapper kit but too expensive.
is there any other brands ??
 
Just got it and lovin' it....a few mods still to do (upgrade suspenders,shorty exhaust, a Dart flyscreen and blacked our grab rail and injector covers) but not far off.. the way it should have come from the factory!

A few days ago i had a question about exhaust wrapping.
Some friends said that it can be harmfull for the finishing of pipes.
But i can't resis to myself and made it :)
used vance&hines wrapping kit titanium color.
I liked it. What do you think ?

I think it looks fine. You have enough chrome on that bike. A friend, that wraps the pipe on his dirt bike all the time, told me to watch out for those clamps. He recommends using safety wire instead.

What's there to look out for in regards to the clamps?
 
On those tank slappers. I felt the start of that twice when I first got the bike and was running a 100 wide tire up front. I've since gone with a 110 wide tire up front and for the last 15,000 plus miles have not even felt any hint of that situation. Years ago I read something about a 110 size tire gives you just a little more contact patch, which keeps the front away from tank slappers. So far it's held true for me. or I've just been lucky. I did change the rear shocks with a set of Hagon, just a cheap set, 200 bucks. They could have helped..... then 7.5 weight oil in the front with some cheap e bay pre load adjusters. So far so good, or at least a little better. Closing in on 19,000 miles with the bike these days. It's been a bike that pisses me off at times, but I'm hanging in there.
