Austen Tayshus - Australiana (Official Uncensored Version)

There's sub titles , but an atlas of Australia may help when he makes reference to towns in Australia i.e Adelaide, Tenterfield, lord Howe (island) Bass straight , Mt Isa etc.
Anyway you might have a laugh ,,,,,,,Australian Humour its out there.

Update on the left hand switch block -
Planning on a gravel ride today, got the Guzzi out, turned on the ignition, both indicators started flashing, CAN BUS Off showed in instrument display, smoke started coming out of left switch block with a strong burning electrical smell. Visited my Guz dealer, new switch block has arrived, hopefully will fit it next week.

I told you that you should have taken your Harley today👍😂

I’ve only driven through California/nevada but compared to Australia, the US has similar wide open spaces. Australia is much more spread out once you leave the east coast though. Mostly huge farms, towns much further apart.

Interesting map overlay below. I think you’d find the USA to be very similar in landscapes, though inverted. ;)

In 1992 I drove from LA to New York on i80, similar landscapes in some areas and very different in others. You have way more national monuments and outstanding natural features.
We have zillions of sq miles of absolutely nothing, which in a way have their own beauty. PA110084.JPG

For a different view of OZ, read Paul Caffyn's book "The dreamtime voyage". He circumnavigated Australia in a sea kayak (In the eighties I think).
It is full of pictures from the remote parts of the coast, including areas full of "Salties" (salt water croc's).
A fascinating country.
